How our text messaging program works

How to Opt In

There are two ways to consent to receive text messages from Irvine Auto Hub:

  1. On our website. Visit irvineautohub.com, enter your mobile number in any contact, vehicle appraisal, service booking, or financing form, and check the box agreeing to receive text messages from Irvine Auto Hub. The box is unchecked by default.
  2. By text message. Text START to (949) 990-3555 from the mobile number you want to enroll.

Consent to receive text messages is never required in order to submit a form, to buy a vehicle, or to receive any service from us. You may leave the box unchecked and still submit any form on our site.

Program Description

Irvine Auto Hub operates a customer care text messaging program. We use SMS to reply to questions you send us, follow up on vehicle inquiries you started, confirm service appointments, and give you updates on a request you have made. These are conversational, one-to-one messages from our team. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Because this is a conversational program, you will generally receive messages only in reply to an inquiry you started, or in connection with an appointment or request you have made with us.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Irvine Auto Hub does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, or by texting STOP to (949) 990-3555. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will not receive any further texts from us. If you change your mind, text START to the same number or opt in again through our website.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Your Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
